Grades 3rd-5th sessions will be from 9:00am to 1:30. Grades 6th-8th sessions will be 1:30 to 4:30.

If your daughter is an advanced 5th grader we will accept her for the 6th-8th grade sessions upon request and approval of trainers/coaches.

Academy includes: skills trainning, scrimmages, strength conditioning, recovery, film and academy awards.
