About Us

Our philosophy is grounded in player development.

Development in character, mental toughness, basketball skills and iq.

We coach, train, and educate with a big picture mentality to prepare our athletes to accomplish short and long term goals on and off the court.

The diamond lane culture is comprised of 5 core values:

desire

commitment

competitiveness

discipline

&LOVE FOR THE GAME.

We believe that teaching and demonstrating these values will create and sustain a winning attitude on and off the court.

Diamond Lane Basketball Academy is a non-profit 501(c)(3) youth basketball organization designed to provide leadership training, develop elite basketball players and inspire purpose.

PROGRAMS

Our programs are designed to give each player an experience that will enhance their basketball skills, social skills and to inspire them to be the best version of themselves on and off the court.

YOUTH

Our youth program consist of boys and girls 3rd through 8th grade. The focus of these teams is to lay the right foundation on how to play basketball. This is done through teaching fundamentals, team basketball, IQ and skill development, and having fun!

The season for these teams starts in  October and runs through the end of February. Each team plays two tournaments a month, one local and one regional travel tournament. Some of our lower grade teams are strictly developmental and only play in local tournaments. Each team practices 2-3 days a week.

hIGH SCHOOL

Our high school program consist of boys and girls grades 9th trough 11th. There are two seasons for these teams. Spring season which starts at the end of February to the end of May. Summer season which starts at the end of June and goes through July.

These teams practice 3-5 days a week and play in exposure tournaments which include college viewing periods for college recruitment. These tournaments are mostly regional travel tournaments and given the right team and opportunity may include national travel tournaments.

The aim at this level is to put our players in the best situations to play against elite competition and to secure a scholarship to play college basketball, while having fun doing it!
